“We have been looking for a property in Spain for around 6 months. Carl from paradigm properties has been a constant contact throughout this time. I would always contact Carl to ask about current properties and found him very knowledgeable and happy to inform us on all aspects of buying a property, pros and cons.
We finally found time to visit Spain and messaged Carl to say we were there and could we look at some properties. This saves you so much time as you are not viewing properties that seem right online but won’t be when you get there. Just set yourself a realistic budget and let paradigm do the rest.
I have no hesitation in writing this review or about recommending Carl and paradigm properties to anyone interested. There seems to be a large portfolio of properties on the books across a broad range of scope.
