“We have been looking for a property in Spain for around 6 months. Carl from paradigm properties has been a constant contact throughout this time. I would always contact Carl to ask about current properties and found him very knowledgeable and happy to inform us on all aspects of buying a property, pros and cons.
We finally found time to visit Spain and messaged Carl to say we were there and could we look at some properties. He was able to fit us in and met us at various properties he was able to hand pick based on our very long wish list. The very first property he showed us was the property he thought best matched our criteria and after viewing several other properties we ended up back at the first one. It ticked all our boxes and was absolutely the perfect fit. We bought it.

Paradigm properties and Carl in particular are very professional, reliable and trustworthy. They take time to listen to your needs and go and search for properties that could fit the bill. This saves you so much time as you are not viewing properties that seem right online but won’t be when you get there. Just set yourself a realistic budget and let paradigm do the rest.
I have no hesitation in writing this review or about recommending Carl and paradigm properties to anyone interested. There seems to be a large portfolio of properties on the books across a broad range of scope.
Carl in particular helped us a lot, not only with the property search but also with the language, solicitors, bank account information and any other help we asked for. He has followed up on a weekly basis with updates and information about how the sales is progressing. Outstanding service which goes above and beyond our expectations
